This is a bare-bones randomizer for deciding on an appearance for your Skyrim character. I don't have the technical know-how nor inclination to figure out how to incorporate this in-game. As for names...you're on your own, but I'm sure you can randomly find abridged idiomatic phrases for your Argonians to hyphenate, and there are plenty of cat names to choose for Khajiit, like Fido or Necktie.
