Proportional Percentages

Now here's an obscure tool. Enter a number into the box, and you'll get a percentage both as a dividend of 100 or a divisor. What would you ever need this for? I guess if you know the counterbalance to 150% isn't 75% but 66.666666666666666666666666666666666667%. That is right, isn't it? I don't remember mathematics very well. Values should be rounded to the nearest whole if I didn't mess it up.
