This information is mostly going to be paraphrased from some forum posts, because forum posts are the jankiest, most volatile way to keep information that in my personal opinion should be made more overt, particularly to paying customers of the software. It's come to my attention that many of RPG Maker's community are, unfortunately, given toward strong opinions. However, it is not my responsibility to admonish people for their ignorance. Ignorance is a normal, natural thing. We aren't born with knowledge. We aren't all capable of learning the same things. That's why communities exist. Information should be presented for the perspective where the presenter doesn't assume any knowledge you may or may not have.
